Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Use Variance (UV) and Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 601 East 106 Street. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 10080007 UV and 10080008 V: Use Variance for office use in R1/Residential District and Developmental Standards Variance for a curbless parking lot with the Condition of working with Staff on sidewalk requirement along Barmore Avenue. Please he advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway. or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
