A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF C MEL,
INDIANA, APPROVING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY THE CI
OF CARMEL BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, an amount of $1,700,000 is needed to cover unexpectp penses in the Board
of Works Department line item #63105 Public Safety Communications and
WHEREAS, the Board of Works has excess fund
#54004 2004 Road Bond Payment to transfer into Line Iten
Project; and
WHEREAS, the police and fire radios have enc
WHEREAS, eliminating these co uni tions
and police personnel and the people they
buildings within the City of Carmel and other areas ervi d b the fire department; and
WHEREAS, a professional dy ornmunications problems and recommendations to
correct them was completed in Jan ry 200 an
WHEREAS, the City of Ca el pla es a high priority on the health and welfare of its citizens;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel,
Indiana, the Clerk Treasurer be autho ized to transfer:
