Good afternoon, everyone,
After further review, the Department has determined that no variance is necessary for this site. The addition is located
in the side yard, rather than the rear yard. In the R3 district, side yards are required to measure 5' minimum, with an
aggregate of 15'. The addition is set 12' back from the property line, and as such is in conformance with the
requirements.
