Dear Tim,
The Subdivision Control Ordinance does allow for a time extension by the Commission. Please accept this email as the
Planning Zoning Department's approval of a one -time time extension, to expire on August 1, 2011, with the
understanding that if you do not move forward by August 1, 2011 (submitting final, revised mylar and paper copies of
the plat sections for the Director to sign), then we will consider those applications as withdrawn, and you will have to file
new secondary plat applications for each section at a later date, when you are ready to move forward.
The affected parcels will be highlighted in our database, and a copy of this email will be placed in each of the following
secondary plat files for The Sanctuary at 116 Street:
Docket no. 113 -03 SP
Docket no. 06090009 SP
Docket no. 06090010 SP
Docket no. 06090011 SP
Please print this email for your records, as well.

Tim If you think you will be finalizing these secondary plats within 6 months, you can probably just send us an official
email or letter asking for a time extension until Feb. 1, 2011, and state that if you do not move forward by then, for
DOCS to consider those dockets as withdrawn, and you would file new secondary plat applications for each section
when you are ready to move forward.... Does that work for you?

Thanks for the heads up, but these will not be constructed soon. Can we file some kind of extension or are we better to re-
file them later?

Good morning, Tim to go along with my prior email to you about Longridge Estates Section 4, what is the
status of the rest of the sections of The Sanctuary at 116 Street?
0Jur office is following up on old secondary plats, and The Sanctuary at 116th Street has a few remaining
unplatted. sections. They have docket numbers from 2006 and 2003! Three to four sections of this plat were
never finalized and/or recorded. Per the subdivision control ordinance regulations, we might have to void this
secondary plat application due to lack of prosecution and you would have to file a brand new Secondary Plat
applications for each section when they are ready to move forward.... Please let me know the status.
