Also there is a 2 picture further down that shows the ATM before the signage is added. The ATM is to be installed in the branch in an exterior wall at the drive -thru. Note the location that was indicated on the plans. The only portion of the ATM that will be visible to the public will be what you see in the pictures. Yes the application filing fee is $298, and checks can be made out to the City of Carmel. The fee can be due anytime before we actually approve the changes, which should be within a week or so. I believe we discuss that application filing fee would be determined paid after the submission was made but no specific amount was discussed. I saw that you sent out an E -mail concerning the submission had indicated a fee of $298.00. Is this going to be the total due for the submission? When is the fee due who should a check be made out to? Also does the original of the application still need to be submitted along with a hard copy of the plans? If yes are more copies than the original of the application needed how many had copies of the plans? Finally I received response in the form of an E -mail from Doren Mindham Carmel approving the landscaping. You didn't appear to have been cc on the E -mail so I will forward to you by means of a separate E -mail. I have marked some that seem to be close to construction, depending on what landscaping is eliminated. With that, any landscaping removed will need to be replaced so that there is not a lesser quality or quantity of material. Scenarios: Both ash in the northwest area are removed. I will ask for three 2.5" caliper replacements. Anything from the attached tree list is acceptable along with evergreens properly located. Unfortunately ash will not be an option due to the invasive emerald ash borer. These trees may best be located along Medical Dr in the yard area. Not sure if landscaping will need to be removed for construction on the southeast corner, but if it can be re- landscaped as the site exists now, I would accept that, knowing that the ash tree species will have to be changed and replaced with a 2.5" caliper tree. If it cannot be replaced in the same location another location on the site will need to landscaping with the same material. I hope this helps a little with what might need to be addressed for landscaping. Of course, more landscaping than required is always encouraged. I have also attached a tree planting detail for the project that we recommend. If anything else is needed please contact me. We will probably ask that you plant a few additional trees on the site, since you will be removing a small area of green space.
