The Special Studies Committee will meet to consider the following items:
1. Docket No. 09030012 ADLS Amend: Midwest Eye Institute (Springmill Medical Office Building
Phase I1) The applicant seeks approval for a new directional ground sign. The site is located at 200 W.
103r St. It is zoned B-3/Business. Filed by Charles Hunt of United Sign And Awning.
2. Docket No. 09040016 ADLS Amend: Community Health Pavilion Signage
The applicant seeks design approval for 2 new wall signs, 2 new directory signs, and 1 new directional
