The Hearing Officer was Leo Dierckman. Department of Community Services Staff in attendance was Angie Conn; John Molitor, Legal Counsnel, was also present. D. Public Hearing: ld. Filed by Allen Cradler of Fanning /Howey Associates, Inc for Carmel/Clay Schools Present for the Petitioner: Allen Cradler. The additional institutional sign is to honor Dr. William Duke, former principal and to identify parts of the building as a performing arts center. The sign is located on the new addition on the east side of the building. It is non illuminated and is in the same size range of other signs identifying parts of the building.
