Re: Lot 6 Heritage Square re -plat
Request for Administrative Review
Dear Ms. Conn;
Per our prior emails, I represent GLF Realty, Inc. (GLF) who is the current owner of the above
lot. GLF wants to market the lot to potential buyers interested in building on the lot.
Accordingly, please find included with this letter an application to re -plat the above lot to
remove the north sidewalk easement.
Although there are additional limitations to be addressed, there are no new home plans at this
time that would allow a perspective on removing any other limitations.
If there is anything else that needs to be done, please advise me. GLF would like to clear all
issues related to this project as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to call
