All,
I couldn't find the sidewalk easement on the plot plan, maybe my eyes weren't focusing right yet, it is early! Regardless,
our gas main is in the R/W at the street, so we do not have any problem with the sidewalk easement on the north side of
the property going away.

Good afternoon, Kent: Please reply to each of the review comments for this replat application via email or letter
correspondence within the next few weeks. Thank you.
1. Please add docket no.s 39 95 PP, 69 95 SP, 05080001 SP, and 10080020 SP to the plat.
2. Please add a location map.
3. Please add the zoning to the plat: R -4 /Residence.
4. Please provide a copy of the recorded declaration of covenants and restrictions for Heritage Square.
5. Provide electronic copies of the application and plat, as .pdf or .jpg files.
6. Staff cannot present a Secondary Plat to the Director for signature until Ms. Terry Krueskamp
(tkrueskamp@carmel.in.qov) in Information Systems receives an e -mail with an electronic file of the plat attached
(MicroStation .dgn is preferred, or AutoCad .dwg), and it (the e -mail) has been copied to myself and Alexia Donahue
Wold (awold@carmel.in.qov).
7. Please submit a revised Secondary Plat after making above mentioned changes. Once these changes have been
made and comments addressed, please produce a Mylar copy (with the surveyor's and land owner's signatures) for
signature by this Department. Two paper copies of the plat must be filed with the Mylar prior to recording, and two
paper copies and a Mylar of the recorded plat must be submitted following recording of the document. Our approval
of the secondary plat (signature) will be forthcoming upon revision of the plans according to the items listed above.
8. Lastly, please submit a .pdf or .jpg file of the scanned, recorded plat.
