ALL EXCAVATED EAS TO BE SEEDED AND/OR SODDED AFTER FINISH GRADING UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL NEWLY SODDED/SEEDED AREAS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4" OF TOPSOIL.
