Thank you, Andy Mills Awards Fence Deck 773 -2003 PHONE 1 I am following up on my August 5 email below. The HOA Bridlebourne is ready to move forward with their fence project. They would like verification from the City that you have no objection to their proposed placement and that it would not interfere with future expansion of Shelbourne Rd. or the addition of a bike path. We would be happy to meet with someone on site if necessary. This is a 6' tali "wrought iron" fence. They would like to extend this fence between their entrances and on both their North and South border. The proposed fence line would include 10 -20 brick /limestone columns, also matching the existing entrances. I have met with Brent Claymon from the Board and we have a tentative proposal (and secondary proposal for the fence placement (see attached Word doc). Very few trees (5 10) would need to be moved or replaced to accommodate either of the proposed locations. I have listed the distance, in feet, from the edge of the road for the proposals along Shelbourne. The association wants to anticipate any future expansion of Shelbourne and addition of a walk /bike path on the East side of the road. It appears the existing path to the South of Bridlebourne, if extended to the North, would be very close to the secondary proposal (35' from the edge of the road). Also, we are aware of the pipeline(s) through this property. I have been in touch with Mark from Panhandle to make sure we follow all of their requirements as well.
