This item was heard at the September 19 Plan Commission meeting and the Oct. 3 Special Studies meeting. Many comments and suggestions have been resolved with the granting of variances. Given the denial of variances for bufferyards and perimeter parking lot plantings, the petitioner must redesign their site layout and landscape plan to comply with our ordinance. A compliant plan has not been submitted for review. The Department recommends that this item be continued to the January 2 Special Studies meeting to allow submission and review of a compliant site and landscape plan. i DeVore, Laura B From: DeVore, Laura B Sent: Friday, December 01, 2006 5:08 PM To: Adam DeHart (E- mail); Mary Solada (E- mail); 'Steve.Foster @opusnorth.com'; 'dpellom @civil designs.com'; 'jfinnemore @redrobin.com'; bbaumgarten @coastalpartners.net'; 'jim @themysterycompany.com'; 'mklingl @atwell- hicks.com' Subject: Special Studies Committee Meeting Information Attached to this email is a coppy of the agenda and the department reports for the Carmel Plan Commission Special Studies Committee meeting to be held on December 5, 2006.As always, you will need to flip through the department reports to find the applicable report.
