One mylar of Replat 2. Two paper copies of Replat 3. One copy of recorded Covenants Restrictions 4. One copy of commitments unrecorded 5. One copy of CTRWD email requesting deeded parcel The replat has been updated to include: 1. Docket number 10070001 SP has been added to the plat 2. Lot 1 has been relabeled as "1 -A" 3. The 2' wide NAE has been added along the South East sides of Block A 4. A copy of an email from CTRWD indicating their desire to have a separate deeded parcel for the existing lift station is attached. 5. The instrument numbers on sheet 2 have been verified and are correct. 6. Copies of the recorded Covenants Restrictions are enclosed. I was unable to locate or verify that the original commitments were recorded. We researched the recorders office and I contacted Baker Daniels who originally prepared the commitments who told me they did record anything. If everything appears to be in order would you please have Mike Hollibaugh sign the mylar and deliver it to Dave Barnes in the Engineering Department so that he can include on the agenda of the next Board of Works meeting. The proposed Re -plat is located North of West 116 Street and East of Towne Road in the Towne Oak Estates subdivision The purpose of this replat is to create a parcel (Block A) for purposes of dedicating the existing sanitary sewer lift station and transferring the underlying property to the Clay Township Regional Waste District. No additional lots are created or deleted. No proposed infrastructure improvements are proposed as part of this replat, none of the existing site infrastructure will be altered and no existing easements will be vacated or relocated as a result of the replat. It is my understanding this replat will not be on the agenda of a future Carmel Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting and the replat will be reviewed and approved by the Department of Community Services administratively. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of Carmel. 2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone. 3. The proposed project falls in the Clay Creek Regulated Drain Watershed. 4. No permits will be needed from our office. 5. Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no objections to the proposed replat.
