requested are releasable public records. However, I will not be able to be certain of this until I review\
them. Your request is thereby tentatively granted in full, contingent upon my review of the referenced

records, if any, that are not required to be disclosed under Indiana law. I anticipate that I will be able to
review these records and reach a final determination as to their release within the next week. Any records
