Indiana, on September 18, 2000, the real estate described in this Condominium plat
was rezoned from I —I Industrial district to the C -1 City Center district.
On August 5, 2003 the Carmel Plan Commission granted Development Plan
approval and ADLS approval for a Condominium and Town House project,
Docket No. 50 03 DP /ADLS on this site. I have examined the Condominium plat
of The Commons at City Center and verify that it is consistent with the
