CARMEL REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION Meeting, Wednesday,
September 8, 2010
President Ron Carter called the meeting to order at 8:04 a.m. Commission members Bill
Hammer and Jeff Worrell were present, constituting a quorum. Also present were Les
Olds, Megan McVicker and Matt Worthley.
Others present:
Bruce Stauffer, Brandon Bogan, Brandon Weddle, Jim Mullet, Mike Smith
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Biel Opening: Parcel 47 Streetscape
Mr. Olds gave a brief overview of the items included in the bid package. Bids for the
Parcel 47 Streetscape project were originally taken at the July 14, 2010 CRC meeting;
however, due to concerns regarding the cost of the bids, the project was re -bid with a
series of alternates.
Bruce Stauffer, Construction Manager with Keystone Construction, opened and read
aloud the bids for Parcel 47 Streetscape. [Please see attached bid tabulation results]
The Construction Manager will evaluate the bids and return with a recommendation at
the Wednesday, September 15, 2010 regular CRC meeting.

Mr. Hammer moved the meeting be adjourned and seconded by Mr. Worrell. The
meeting was adjourned at 8:09 a.m.
