I have reviewed the prop osed layout for foux" (4) lots on
16.83 acres. The dominate soil types are Crosby and Miami
B2. Both soil types•ara somewhat poorly drained.
Consideration'shoUld be giien to improving the 'drainage for
the private lane and providing,gocid surface and subsurface
drainage outlets for tract 1 and:2. Tracts 3 and 4 are
benefited by the shallow dfainage ditch through their lots.
Drainage easements should protect proposed and existing
drainage improvements. t
