The dominate soil types are Crosby and Miami B2. Both soil types•ara somewhat poorly drained. Consideration'shoUld be giien to improving the 'drainage for the private lane and providing,gocid surface and subsurface drainage outlets for tract 1 and:2. Tracts 3 and 4 are benefited by the shallow dfainage ditch through their lots.
