The balance of the Legal Counsel Report will be heard at the end of the meeting. Department Report, Angie Conn: The Ordinance Amendment amending the Old Town District Overlay Zone has been further amended by City Council and returned to the Plan Commission for consideration. John Molitor noted that the Commission has 45 days to consider the amendment; the Commission may also take action this evening. New Business None Legal Counsel Report, John Molitor: (continued) 1) City Council last evening approved the settlement agreement with Martin Marietta, BZA, and the Mayor, bringing a conclusion to litigation in the 1999 -2000 era. 2) Molitor is working with a Committee on State Bar Association up- dating legislation regarding planning and zoning; John has arranged for newly elected representative Joe Pearson from Kokomo to introduce legislation during General Assembly. Carmel could perhaps review legislation in a seminar. 3) No further activity on pending litigation regarding Holiday Inn matter. K. Adjourned at 6:45 PM.
