the previous plat recorded 'as Instr. 86- 29114, P.B. 13, Pages 91 -94 in said Recorder's fice.

13, Pages 91 -94 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana. The purpose of this replat is to
remove a ten foot drainage and utility easement (D. &U.E.) from said Lot.
Cross Reference is hereby made to Springmill Crossing Section Three recorded as Instrument Number
86 -29114 in Plat Book 13, Page 91 -94 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.
I also hereby certify that I am licensed in compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana and that the
within Replat falls within the boundaries of the aforementioned Plat, and that to the best of my knowledge
and belief all information shown and described herein are true and accurate.
