I recently received a drawing from you concerning the Weston Park Block A
Replat, in Carmel, IN. As this does not impact any Duke Energy transmission lines, my
department (Asset Protection), has no input on this project. If you have not already,
please be sure to contact our distribution engineering office for your area. I would
however like to take this contact we now have with you to give you some important
information. The documents I have included explain what Duke Energy allows in its
purchased easements for transmission lines. I hope this helps you in any future projects
you may have which may be using Duke Energy transmission line easements. If you
have any questions, please give me a call. Also, please feel free to pass this information
along to anyone else who may be working on similar projects in Duke Energy
easements.
Sincerely,
Gary S. McNamee
