9:00 a.m. Docket No. 08040001 TAC: 116th and College PUD Final Development Plan
The applicant seeks final development plan approval; minor changes proposed. The site is
located at the northeast corner of College Ave and 116th Street. It is zoned PUD/ Planned
Unit Development. Filed by Zeff Weiss of Ice Miller for Equicor Companies.
Present for Applicant: Zeff Weiss, attorney; Glen Meinecke and Randy Watson, Equicor.

The site is located at 5535 East 131S Street and is zoned S1. Filed by Charlie
Frankenberger of Nelson Frankenberger for Northview Christian Life Church, Inc.
Present for Applicant: Greg Ilko and Steve Siroky. The sanctuary is being expanded to
the north and the parking lot to the east is being expanded. The main entrance to the
Church is being re- located onto Hazel Dell Parkway rather than 131S Street.

9:40 a.m. Cherry Tree Elementary Softball Complex
The applicant seeks review comments and a determination as to whether or not this plan
requires BZA approval. The site is located at 13890 Hazel Dell Pkwy and is zoned S-
1 /Residence. Filed by William Payne of Fanning/Howey Associates, Inc. for Carmel Clay
Schools.
Jeff Bolinger, Fanning/Howey Assoc. Proposed softball complex backs up to existing neighborhood and
existing detention b asin. Parking on the south and north will be expanded on the west and north sides.
Will bring fields to the inside and address the lighting. Will center bleachers and press box—temporary
bleachers will be added as need arises; the dug -out area and the north and southeast fields are to be fenced;
the southeast playground will remain intact, the north playground will be expanded. The existing road will
be cut off access from the south parking lot, fire access as well. The construction will be phased; a
construction fence will separate the open play areas; will maintain existing walkway. Two lit fields on
north side of the site; lighting is one foot candle limit. Building— two -story brick/block to match existing;
bleachers located in the northeast field. Will forego sign detail.
