Filed by Trevor Ann Esrael, owners. Docket 08090010 UV: Lakeview Health Care Center: Charlie Frankenberger, Jon Dobosiewiz. Use variance to clarify and affirm that the development that already exists there is acceptable. Corner of Smokey Row Road and Keystone. Want affirmation that parking area on R -2 parcel could be used as an accessory use to the B -2 parcel. Greg Hoyes Hamilton County Surveyor's Office: NO objection to the use variance Nick Redden: No objection to the use variance Scott Brewer: Asked if the new owners were planning on doing any upgrades landscaping wise. Shirley Hunter Duke Energy: No objection to the use variance Trudy Weddington: Passed down cards in case petitioner would need to make structural changes. Commonly known as 1141 Michigan Rd. Greg Hoyes Hamilton County Surveyor's Office: Sent an email to Scott. Some concerns about outlet location. Has got a response back and it is in the surveryors hands for determination Nick Redden: Outside jurisdiction Scott Brewer: Sent an email. Had an objection to the demo plan which wipes a lot of vegetation out. Very good existing buffer on the north and would like to see that preserved. Scott (petitioner): Trees that are existing now, do they get credit for it. Scott Brewer said that yes they will not have to put a buffer in for the lineal footage that already exists. Shirley Hunter Duke Energy: Sheet C3 2. New pad for a transformer is shown on plans, but that has not been decided yet. She passed down a load bearing sheet and card. Trudy Weddington: Passed down card and application for new building permit process. Ryan Hartman CTRWD: Has been in conversation with Scott (petitioner) about sanitary sewers. Petitioner said that their neighbors are not willing to sell. It is the first funeral home in their district and CTRWD is still looking into if there are any other special conditions. David Littlejohn: Sent a letter. Would liket o see some sort of connection to the external path and a better connection to the bike parking. Petitioner has a concern that they are on a hill and that the path would be steep down the hill. Docket 08020037 SP: Westhaven Subdivision: Brian Robinson, Splitting a 5 acre parcel into 2 lots. Greg Hoyes Hamilton County Surveyor's Office: Sent a comment letter. Nick Redden: Gave the petitioner a letter with comments. Scott Brewer: Is sewer going through the back to the trees. Petitioner said that they have a tree preservation area there and sewer should go around. He will send Scott a copy. Shirley Hunter Duke Energy: Will have to wait until they get plans for the homes before they determine how they will service them. Nick Churchill said that they had considered burying the line. Shirley said it can be done, but will cost money. Shirley has some concern getting power to lot 1. Trudy Weddington: No comments Ryan Hartman CTRWD: Thinks that they have everything worked out, just a few changes to plans. David Littlejohn: No comments. Christine Barton Holmes -DOCS: No comments. Docket 08090018 DP /ADLS: Legacy PUD- Prairie Landing CCRC Greg Uing, Scott hall, Jim Rhinehart. Larry Continuing care residential community Greg Hoyes Hamilton County Surveyor's Office: Sent a letter. Need outlet permits. When is master detention going to be put in place. They will hold off until construction plans are finalized. Nick Redden: Sent comments. No further comments at this time. Scott Brewer: Would like to see the trees that are around the cottages. One plan with everything on it. Does not have any tree species problems. Just waiting on revised plans. Shirley Hunter Duke Energy: Passed down a card. Can't really do designs until construction plans are ready. Trudy Weddington: Passed down an application for buildings and business cards. Ryan Hartman CTRWD: No comments. Outside of service area. David Littlejohn: No comments besides what was in the letter Christine Barton Holmes -DOCS: No comments. Petitioner said that this project will not be parceled. The individual cottages will not be owned. The project will remain under one ownership.
