1. Docket No. 08080003 OA: Amendment, Contributing Buildings
The applicant seeks approval to amend Zoning Ordinance Chapter 23D.02.B.5, Old Town
District Overlay Zone, in order to prevent the demolition of contributing building in Old
Town without consent of the Director. Filed by the Department of Community Services, on
behalf of the Carmel Plan Commission.

suggested that creating a commission is not the role of this subcommittee

Conclusion
subcommittee will meet October 21'` prior to the Plan Commission Meeting after all
Department of Community Service staff have had an opportunity to review and
amend Ordinance inserts.
2. Docket No. 08070018 PP: The Legacy Domain
The applicant seeks primary plat approval for 33 lots on 5.46 acres. The site is located at
the northeast corner of Community Dr. and Cherry Creek Blvd. and is zoned PUD/Planned
Unit Development. Filed by Nick Churchill of Pittman Partners.
Nick Churchill, Steve Pittman, Pete Powers, Ivan Barratt represented Pittman Partners.
Nick Churchill presented for the petitioner.
reviewed the planned construction of 33 alley loaded single family detached homes.
the sole outstanding issue is to provide character exhibits of garages

Goal of petitioner is provide good architecture, have a good price point and meet all
requirements of the PUD, which they are confident they have done.
