The sale of trees /wreaths and garland will add a nice amenity to our holiday season for our customers and will draw more traffic to the mall as well. We feel it also adds to the uniqueness of Clay Terrace and adds a missing element to the "old town" feel that we have not had in the past. The sales will take place in the grassy area in front of the existing playground, (see attached site map). Clay Terrace would appreciate your consideration and approval of our proposed added amenity for the holiday season. We feel this is an added convenience to our shopper and will set Clay Terrace apart from our competitors in both Hamilton and Marion County, as well as continuing to be viewed as "Indy's Northside Destination Thank you for your time and consideration. Please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you soon. 1
