Conn, Angelina V From: Conn, Angelina V Sent: Thursday, November 04, 2010 11:57 AM To: 'BSchick @simon.com' Subject: RE: Docket No. Assignment: 10110002 ADLS Amend Clay Terrace Holiday /Seasonal Sales Barbara Sorry this was not clear, before. I thought Pam Lux explained that to you. The clay terrace pud only permits 10 days for outdoor sales, and the carmel zoning ordinance permits 30 days for outdoor sales, but you need to get adis amendment approval from the Plan Commission sub committee. However; we determined that we could review your adls amendment petition administratively, in- office. That approval is through the planning /zoning dept. Then, after you get the adls amendment approval, you can get your temporary use permit for the 30 days, instead of the 10 days. And that process (permit and fee) is through the building and code services dept. -Angie From: BSchick @simon.com [mailto:BSchick simon.com] Sent: Thursday, November 04, 2010 11:48 AM To: Conn, Angelina V Subject: RE: Docket No. Assignment: 10110002 ADLS Amend Clay Terrace Holiday /Seasonal Sales I'm still confused. When you say work with Bldg Code Services to obtain permit what does that mean? I also marked the site plan showing the sales in the grassy knoll area just in front of the play area. As for lighting the lighting is what exists as exterior lighting now and we will string Christmas lights on the trees that are already there like we do every Christmas time. There is rio fencing. As for signage we will have a 4 x 8 sign like we've used in the past for movies that will also be in the grassy area in front of the playarea. We will have that together tomorrow that we can send over. It will be basic Christmas Tree graphics and then probably Heinzman Farms Trees, Wreaths, Garland....
