The applicant seeks to amend text within the Parkwood Crossing West Planned Unit Development Ordinance (Z- 359 -01) as it relates to Outlot 2, located at the northwest corner of 96 St. and Meridian St. Filed by Paul Reis of Krieg DeVault, LLP for Lake City Bank. 3. Docket No. 10070010 DP /ADLS: Parkwood Crossing West Lake City Bank (Outlot 2). The applicant seeks site plan and design approval for a bank branch regional headquarters, located at the northwest corner of 96 St. and Meridian St. The site is zoned PUD /Planned Unit Development. Filed by Paul Reis of Krieg DeVault, LLP for Lake City Bank. The applicant seeks site plan and design approval for one 10,800 square foot building to house a bank branch and regional headquarters on 1.89 acres. The building materials will be mostly modular brick, cast limestone, and glass. Several LEED or green/sustainable site and building practices will be utilized. The landscape plan is approved by the Forestry Dept. The proposed PUD Ordinance amendments will permit the bank use on this Outlot, the building square footage, and address the bank/office parking ratios. Oct. 5 Committee meeting recap: After discussion about parking, pedestrian circulation, screening of mechanical equipment, and signage, the Special Studies Committee voted 5 -0 to send this item to the full Plan Commission with a favorable recommendation. Staff's outstanding comments for the petitioner: 1. The Engineering Dept. has no issues with the project being approved, but with the understating that the Engineering Dept. approves the final construction documents. Recommendation: After all comments /concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends that the Plan Commission approves the DP /ADLS item and sends the Ordinance Amendment item to City Council with a favorable recommendation.
