Mr. Reis, applicant, can be contacted at 238 -6293 Petitioner, please note the following: 1. This item will be on the August 18 agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). If not done so already, the petitioner must submit plans and review materials to all TAC members ASAP via email and /or mail (already done). It takes about two days for them to publish it. Also, the placement of a public hearing sign on the property is required; see application. 3. The Filing Fee and Fifteen (15) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona Hancock no later than Noon, Friday, Sept. 10. 4. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Friday, Sept. 17. Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result irythe tabling of the petition. 5. Section 5.3 Maximum Gross Floor Area and Density; Permitted Uses. A maximum of two (2) buildings shall per permitted. The gross floor area of any building shall not exceed Eleven Thousand Four Hundred (11,400) square feet and the total gross floor area of the two permitted buildings shall not exceed Twenty Thousand (20,000) square feet. A Restaurant shall be the only permitted use on that portion of the Outlot Area not included within the Real Estate governed by this PUD Ordinance Amendment. A Restaurant, a Financial Institution with or without a drive -thru and /or an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and an Office shall be the only permitted primary uses on the Real Estate. [Bold indicates amended text] Section 4. Parking Requirements: Paragraph C. of Section 5.5 of the Original PUD Ordinance is hereby amended and restated as follows: C. For a Restaurant, the minimum number of parking spaces required shall be one (1) space per every four (4) patron seats, plus one (1) space per employee per largest shift. For any other permitted use, the minimum number of parking spaces required shall be three and one -half (3 spaces for each one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross floor area.
