Okay, we will submit a second application for Section 5. Thank you for the waiver of fees.
Also, to clear everything up and to make sure all information is completely agreed and accurate, we will just submit two
brand new plats (mylar, paper and digital) for both sections this time. So any previous plats that you may have can be
voided and discarded. This should eliminate any confusion on either end.

if you call it section 5, we will need a new secondary plat application submitted for that section, to go along with that
plat of the 20 -ft wide strip, and we will need to issue a separate docket no. for that. But we can waive the filing fee, due
to the strange series of events.

Angie,
Hi and I apologize for all the multiple submittals for this project but apparently we need to make one more change
to this project. Platinum Properties has now informed us that the 20' strip we added was not agreed to in their loan that
was approved for Section 4. Therefore, instead of going back through the loan process they would like to leave Section 4
as it was originally submitted and submit a second plat for the 20' strip of common area. These will be two separate loans
and will need platted that way in order to proceed with Section 4. However, Platinum Properties would appreciate if these
two plats can be sent to the next BPW meeting simultaneously. David Barnes informed me that he has the original
Section 4 mylars so we will make sure to get you the plat for the 20' strip no later than next Tuesday. Would you have a
preference of what this plat for the common area should be titled? If not, we will most likely just call this Longridge
Estates, Section 5. Again, I apologize for the confusion but we are working at the discretion of our client on this issue.
Please let me know if there is anything you need in addition to this 2nd plat or if we can make anything easier. Thanks.
