Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 89 degrees
14 minutes 34 seconds East along the north line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of

feet; thence North 89 degrees 14 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 76.87 feet to
the Point of Beginning; thence North 89 degrees 14 minutes 34 seconds East parallel with
said north line a distance of 979.13 feet; thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 50 seconds
East a distance of 635.54 feet; thence North 86 degrees 49 minutes 34 seconds West a
distance of 194.89 feet; thence North 86 degrees 14 minutes 08 seconds West a distance

non tangent curve to the left having a radius of 1225.00 feet the radius point of which

seconds East from said radius point; thence North 87 degrees 40 minutes 48 seconds
West a distance of 363.09 feet; thence North 03 degrees 33 minutes 11 seconds East a
distance of 312.18 feet to a non tangent curve to the left having a radius of 1025.00
feet the radius point of which bears North 10 degrees 16 minutes 34 seconds East; thence
easterly along said curve an arc distance of 16.73 feet to a point which bears South 09
degrees 20 minutes 27 seconds West from said radius point; thence North 09 degrees 20
