We have reviewed the use variance submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on June
12, 2008, for this project and have the following comments:
1. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of
Carmel.
2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project falls in the Taylor Trace Regulated Drain Watershed.
4. The building expansion is part of the master drainage plans previously completed for
this site.
5. The Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no objections to the special use variance.
6. No permits will be needed from our office.
Should you have any questions, I can be reached at 317- 776 -8495.
Sincerely,
