The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining or verifying that all permits and approvals have been filed for and ire valid and in —force from the respective city, county, state, and federal agencies prior to starting construction. 2. It shall be the Contractors responsibility to determine the exact location of all existing utilities in the general project area prior to beginning construction. 3. It shall be the Contractors responsibility to notify and coordinate all construction with respective utility companies. 4. I t shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to maintain quality control throughout the duration of construction. Failure to do so may result in the engineer requiring that the defective work be removed and replaced. 5. Ail work will be performed in and specifications. Any and all specifications shall be approved or scid changes will be subject at no cost to the developer. 6.
