APPROVED as Updated/Amended: Docket No. 04040048 SDR request to approve new porch construction on the rear of the house, as well as the garage addition and the garage carport. The Director hereby grants the petition with the following conditions: the new addition siding materials and color will match the existing house, and the garage will have a new landscaped area at the southeast corner of the lot, as shown on the plans. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
