Architectural Floor Plan 11. Signage EXPLANATION OF REQUEST BZD Retail, LLC is desirous to develop two existing vacant parcels located at 9800 and 9802 North Michigan Road. The two parcels total 3.55 +/- acres in size and are located on the west side of North Michigan Road at the intersection with th 98 Street. The first phase of the proposed development will include a 19,767 square foot single tenant building to be occupied by PetSuites®. Parking, drainage and utility infrastructure will also be included with the first phase and will be master-planned for two (2) potential additional buildings on the subject site. The additional buildings and parking are to be constructed in the future as phase two of the project. PetSuites® provides unparalleled pet boarding and grooming services. They have locations in Cincinnati (OH), Dayton (OH), Lexington (KY), Louisville (KY) and Fishers (IN). We believe they will be a tremendous asset to the Carmel community and surrounding areas. The request for DP / ADLS approval is fully detailed in this submittal. Multiple architectural variances have also been filed separately for approval through the BZA. We have been in communication with DOCS Staff and will continue to communicate with Carmel Engineering and all other agencies in an effort to identify and address all departments’ comments.
