Notice of Public Hearing regarding the Replat Application filed by Sand Capital IX LLC. Also
enclosed is a colored showing parcels of land numbered 1 and 2 which are currently a single
parcel and the lots labeled A, B and C are a second parcel. We are requesting that these two
parcels be divided into the five parcels shown on this diagram. We do not anticipate any change
in the current use of any of the buildings on these lots.

Docket No. 10120002 PP Amend: Replat of North Augusta, lots 20 29A
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on Wednesday, January 19,
2011 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana, 46032,
will hold a Public Hearing upon a Replat Application for the creation of five smaller parcels
from two existing parcels. The addresses of the properties are: 9640 N. Augusta Road, 9650 N.
Augusta Road, 9660 N. Augusta Road, and 3802 W. 96 Street, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
The application is identified as Docket No. 10120002 PP Amend.
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:
