Stumpf COPY Director of Community Development The Estridge Companies 14300 Clay Terrace Boulevard, Suite 244 Carmel IN 46032 RE: Lincolnshire Commitment Amendment (formerly called Murphy Hall) Docket No. 10110007 CA Dear Mr. Stumpf: The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting December 14, 2010 regarding the application for Commitment Amendments to Lincolnshire (formerly Murphy Hall) Subdivision located at the northwest corner of 141 Street and Towne Road, zoned S -1 /Residence —ROSO. APPROVED: Docket No. 10110007 CA, Lincolnshire Commitment Amendment (formerly called Murphy Hall) was approved with the following conditions: 1) The newest rendering showing the side -load garages will be incorporated 2) On newly constructed Fischer homes, the average square footage of the newly constructed 18 homes will be 2800 square feet on average 3) The latest representation of the commitments are to be incorporated into the proposal 4) Should Estridge, its successors or assigns fail to cover the deficit on the HOA, Fischer Homes will pay the dues on their lots that Fischer owns, and 5) Any Estridge and /or Fischer Home to be built must maintain an average of 2800 square feet In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
