3. Docket No. 10120010 ADLS Amend: Carmel Walk (fire rebuild)
The applicant seeks design approval to update the building facade colors and materials. The site is located
at 1311 Range Line Rd and is zoned B -8 /Business within the Carmel Dr. Range Line Rd. Overlay. Filed
by David Fineberg of the Fineberg Group, LLC.
The applicant seeks approval for a facade renovation of the multi- tenant retail building. The proposed changes
include painting the brick to be an off -white /white linen color and changing the sign fascia areas from TI 11 to EIFS
and painted to also be an off -white /white linen color. (The Dunkin Donuts portion of the building is not part of this

Recommendation: After all comments /concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS)

4. Docket No. 10120012 ADLS Amend: Davita Dialysis Rehab Suites of Carmel Signage
The applicant seeks approval to update the sign package and add an awning over the new Davita Dialysis
entrance. The site is located at 118 Medical Dr. and is zoned B -8 /Business. Filed by Adam Walsh of ISF
Signs on behalf of Davita Dialysis and J.L. Geisler.
The applicant seeks approval to update the sign package and add an awning over the new Davita Dialysis entrance.
Sign approvals include a main entrance ground sign, a directory sign, and a wall /awning sign. The Davita text is

Recommendation: After all comments /concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS)
recommends that the Committee approves this item, subject to any BZA variances that might be required.

The applicant seeks approval to add a directory sign near the pedestrian entrance of the building. The site is
located at 11711 N. Meridian St. and is zoned B-6/Business within the US 31 Overlay Zone. Filed by Dan
Fields of A -1 Expeditors on Zeller Realty Group.
The applicant seeks approval to add a non illuminated 5 -ft tall directory sign near the pedestrian entrance of the
building. Tenant text will be black letters, and address text will be stainless steel letters. Please view the
