The Special Studies Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting January
4, 2011 regarding the application for approval to update the building facade colors and materials located at 1311
Range Line Road, zoned B- 8/Business within the Carmel Drive/Range Line Road Overlay.
APPROVED: Docket No. 10120010 ADLS Amend, Carmel Walk (fire rebuild) facade, colors, and
materials as presented to the Committee.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
