LETTER of GRANT
Re: The Center for the Performing Arts signage 11010002 V 11010004 V
At the meeting held Tuesday, January 18, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the properties located at
One Center Green (Palladium); Three Center Green (Main Stage Theater); and Four Center Green (Office Building #1).
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11010002 V through 11010004 V: Development Standards Variances for sign types, ground
sign height, and maximum sign area with the exception Docket No. 11010004 V for maximum sign area would be
approved for twelve months.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is January 18, 2014 for Docket
Nos. 11010002 V and 11010003 V. The expiration date of the approval is January 18, 2012 for Docket No. 11010004 V.
