LIST OF BUILDING AND SITE CHANGES:
BUILDING:
I. Widen building footprint by 6' to the south to permit layout of Dunkin Donuts current plan
prototype within the building.
2. Widen storefront entry and awning over entry to reflect wider building frontage.
3. Increase height of building by 2' to allow for more head height within the building, and to better
accommodate MEP systems which will be located above the ceiling.
4. Exterior building materials will match what was on building originally with the exception of the
main EIFS color used on the sign band. This color is changing to match the new EIFS being
installed on the remainder of the Carmel Walk center.
SITE:
I. Move drive thru lane 6' to the south to accommodate the widening of the building.
2. Widen radius for drive thru lane at rear of building to correspond with the shifting of the drive
thru lane.
3. Adjust curb between drive thru lane and the remaining drive lane.
4. Change vehicular traffic flow south of the drive the lane to one way east, and provide for parallel
parking spaces along this lane.
