The applicant seeks to create a mixed -use, residential, office, retail, cultural and
entertainment project with underground parking on approximately 15 acres. The site is
located at the Southwest corner of Range Line Rd and City Center Drive and is zoned Cl.
Filed by Pedcor City Center LLC.
The applicant seeks DP /ADLS approval of a mixed use development of retail, professional office,
residential, hotel, and restaurant uses on approximately 15 acres.
The Carmel Redevelopment Commission approved all aspects of the project. The Technical
Advisory Committee last reviewed this project in April 2006.
DOCS comments /concerns:
1. Please provide the final sign package that shows signage locations, sizes, colors, details,
etc.
2. Please provide a final landscape plan, planting details, and a species legend.
After all comments and concerns are addressed, the Department of Community Services
recommends the Hearing Officer approve this item CONDITIONED UPON submission of final
signage package, lighting plan, pedestrian circulation plan, and public improvement plan.
