Main Street Lapel, IN 46051 -0942 Re: Briar Creek, Section 1, Lot 33 Docket No. 10120015 V Dear Mr. Smith: At the meeting held Tuesday, January 25, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 10388 Briar Creek Place. APPROVED: Docket No. 101200015 V: Development Standards Variance for front yard building setback. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is January 25, 2014. When applying for applications for, any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
