CARMEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Docket Nos. SU- 53 -00, SU -54 -00 and SU -55 -00
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals
meeting on the 26t day of June, 2000, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, Second Floor,
City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon Applications
for Special Use Permits identified as Docket Nos. SU- 53 -00, SU -54 -00 and SU- 55 -00. The
Applications for the Special Use Permits seek permission to operate automobile sales and service
dealerships on the real estate described herein.
The Real Estate is zoned B -3 under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Carmel, Indiana.
The Real Estate is generally located north of 96t Street, west of Gray Road and east of
Randall Road and is legally described on Exhibit "A" (Lot 1), Exhibit `B" (Lot 2) and Exhibit "C"
(Lot 3), attached hereto.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above Applications, either in
writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
A copy of the Applications and Plans are on file for examination at the Office of the
Department of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
