I read through everything and have a few comments /suggestions. Mostly they're just small typos that I found and /or clarifications that need to be made. Hopefully this list is helpful for you. 1. Page 37: typo "logoor" needs a space between logo and or 2. Page 45: illuminated sign second paragraph Can you add "on the interior of the store" for extra clarification? I know we wouldn't allow it, but I just want it to be clear that additional illuminated signs should be inside the store or restaurant. Make sense? 3. Page 51: Can you move "internal illumination" to the page before? I know it's a small detail, but I think itjust`got pushed to the next page accidentally. 4. Page 56: Clarify sentences in O.l.' "Original are specifications...project. are available upon request." 5. Page 57: H. 2. Two periods at,end of this sentence. 6. Page 58: U. Under no circumstance&wiltTenant's should be Tenants? 7. Page 59: AC. Clarify sentences in O.I. "Original are specifications...project. are available upon request." 8. Page 70: 8.f. Last sentence is not complete. 9. Page 71: 9. C. Currently any tenant that wants a coming soon sign applies for a sign permit through my office. There 'are •no fees, it is just so l know who'is coming and can let Code Enforcement know the sign is allowed. Can we continue that requirement °in City Center? You could put "require's permit approval by the City of Carmel" or something along those lines. 10. Page 86: Perhaps you could include me and my office on that page for sign permits? Thanks so much. I,will see you guys on the 16 for the CRC Plan Review final approval. if you could make these few changes before then, I would appreciate it.
