Regarding the building permit referred to above:
Final inspection of this project was not approved: Posts in basement are not large enough; seal
open flue at water heater. This project was occupied prior to a final approved inspection was done..
Under Ordinance, Hamilton. Homes,hasbeen recorded with a first offense; and will not be assessed a
late fee at this time. Please note, next violation will incurr a fee of $100, then $250, and all others will
be $500.00.

a.m. and 8:30 a.m. OR our main office number 571-2444 between 8:00 a m.,and 4:30 p.m.
