B. REMOVE WALLS. CEILINGS, FLOOR FINISHES, VALL FINISI -ES AND OTHER
MATERIAL OR COMPONENTS REQUIRED FOR INSALLATION OF NEW WORK
ANO CONSISTENT WITH THE INTENT OF THE DNTRACT DOCUMENTS. REFINISH
ENTIRE SURFACES AS NECESSARY TO PROVIDI AN EVEN FINISH. CONTINUOUS
SURFACES SHALL BE TAKEN TO THE WARES' INTERSECTION. REFINISH ENTIRE
ASSEMBLIES.
C. DURING THE EXECTUT ION OF THE WORK, PR IKRY CONSIDERATION SHALL BE

D. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE CLIENT BE ABLE '0 FUNCTION AS NORMAL AS
POSSIBLE IN ALL ADJACENT AREAS TO THE RMODELING.
E. LOCATE AND IDENTIFY MECHANICAL AND ELECTICAL SERVICE PASSING
THROUGH AFFECTED AREAS AND SERVING OTH E AREAS OUTSIDE THE
CONSTRUCTION LIMITS. SERVICES TO AREAS O(TSIDE CONSTRUCTION LIMITS
SHALL BE MAINTAINED UNINTERRUPTED UNLESSSPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED IN
WRITING BY THE OWNER/TENANT. WHEN TRANIT SERVICES MUST BE
INTERRUPTED, CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TENORARY SERVICES FOR
AFFECTED AREAS OUTSIDE CONTRACT LIMITS.
F. AREAS WHICH DEMOLITION AND SALVAGE WORK IS BEING DONE SHALL
BE CLEANED DAILY. ALL DIRT, DUST, DEBRIS, UNSALVAGEABLE AND
UNREUSABLE ITEMS, AND TI-E LIKE SHALL BE TOTALLY REMOVED FROM THE
PROJECT SITE DAILY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SUCH REFUSE BE
ALLOWED TO COLLECT FOR LONGER PERIODS. NEITHER SHALL REFUSE BE
ALLOWED TO BLOCK, OR OTHERWISE IMPAIR CIRCULATION IN CORRIDORS,
STAIRS. SIDEWALKS, OR OTHER TRAFFIC AREAS AT ANY TIME.
G. DURING REMOVAL OF ITEMS INDICATED TO BE SALVAGED, CAUTION SHALL
BE USED TO ELIMINATE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE TO SUCH ITEMS. ALL ITEMS
OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS. FIXTURES, ETC., SHALL REMAIN TI-E
PROPERTY OF THE OWNER. ALL REUSABLE ITEMS SALVAGED DURING
DEMOLITION OPERATIONS SHALL BE RETAINED FOR OWNER'S INSPECTION.
ONLY ITEMS SO INSPECTED AND RE.ECTED BY TI-E OWNER SHALL BE
DISPOSED. ALL OTHER SUCH ITEMS SHALL BE TURNED OVER TO OWNER FOR
HIS DISPOSITION.
H. REMOVE, SALVAGE AND RELOCATE (WHEN EVER POSSIBLE) EXISTING SOLID
CORE W000 DOORS AND FRAMES. REFINISH DOORS AND FRAMES AS
SPECIFIED BY DESIGNER.
I. REMOVE AND DISCARD EXISTING FLOOR COVERING WITHIN CONTRACT LIMIT
LINE. CLEAN AND PREPARE SURFACE TO RECEIVE NEW FLOOR COVERING.
J. CAP EXISTING FLOOR TELEPHONE AND ELECTRICAL. REMOVE EXISTING
TELEPHONE ANO ELECTRICAL WIRING ETC. AS REQUIRED.
K. REMOVE EXISTING WALL COVERING ON WALLS TO REMAIN. CLEAN AND
PREPARE SURFACE TO RECEIVE NEW APPLICATION.
L. PROTECT COMPUTER EQUIPMENT FROM DUST ANO EXPOSURE DURING
CONSTRUCTION.
M. PATCH APO REPAIR EXISTING CEILING GRID AS REQUIRED WITHIN CONTRACT
