The applicant seeks approval to install a new suspended sign. The site is located at 540 N. Range Line Rd. and is zoned B -5 /Business within the Old Town Overlay Zone, Historical Range Line Rd. Subarea. Filed by Dan Fields of A -1 Expeditors on behalf of the owners. The applicant seeks approval to install a new suspended sign for their business. It will be a non illuminated, 9 sq. ft. sign. It will say "Applegate Harden, Attorneys at Law The voice of Aging" along with the phone number. It will be 6' tall and have a decorative black post and arm. The sign panel will be made from aluminum with a digitally printed vinyl application. The sign will be landscaped and placed at least 5' back from the street right -of- way. Recommendation: After all comments /concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends that the Committee votes to approve this item. The applicant seeks design approval to rebuild this building and alter drive thru layout, among other minor changes. The site is located at 1305 S. Rangeline Rd and is zoned B -8 /Business within the Carmel Dr. Rangeline Rd Overlay. Filed by David Fineberg of the Fineberg Group, LLC. The applicant seeks approval for a minor facade renovation of the multi- tenant retail building's north most tenant space for Dunkin' Donuts among other minor changes. Some of the proposed changes includes painting the brick to be an off -white /white linen color, widening the building footprint by 6 -ft, modify the drive thru, and more. Please view the petitioner's informational packet for further detail and a complete list of changes proposed. Staff has no outstanding comments. Recommendation: After all comments /concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends that the Committee approves this item.
