The applicant seeks to amend Appendix A: Schedule of Uses of the Zoning Ordinance. Filed by the Carmel
Department of Community Services on behalf of the Carmel Plan Commission.
Ordinance amendment drafts were mailed to each Plan Commission member on Friday, May 7, along with two
memos listing summaries of changes proposed, per topic.
Supplemental info packets will be mailed out with this Dept. report. Please refer to the revised information packets
for more detail.
After all comments and concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) requests that the
Special Studies Committee forward these items to the June 15 Plan Commission meeting with a favorable
recommendation.
