HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CARMEL /CLAY ADVISORY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Docket No's.: 11020004V; 11020005V; and 11020006V Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Officer of the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the 28th day of February, 2011 at 5:30pm in the Caucus Rooms, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance request to vary the development standards of Sections 25.07.02 -10(b) and (c) of the Sign Ordinance to allow a fourth wall sign to be located on Building 3 at Hamilton Crossing, said sign to be located on the south facade along the 126 Street Frontage for property being known as 12800 U.S. Highway 31 N. (aka North Meridian Street). The application is identified as Docket No's.: 11020004V Number of Signs; 11020005V Total Square Footage; and 11020006V 2 Sign Facing on One ROW. The legal description describing the real estate affected by said application, and other supporting documents, are on file in the offices of the Hearing Officer at One Civic Square. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing or erbally, will b given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
