The Subdivision Committee will meet to consider the following items:
1. Docket No. 11020001 ADLS Amend: Platinum Realty Group Signage
The applicant seeks approval to install a new suspended sign. The site is located at 610 N. Range Line Rd.
and is zoned B-5/Business within the Old Town Character Sub -Area. Filed by Janet Jernigan of Platinum
Realty Group.
2. Docket No. 11020002 ADLS Amend: Huntington Bank (US 421) Signage
The applicant seeks approval to install two new wall signs and one new directional sign. The site is located
at 10925 N. Michigan Rd. and is zoned B-2/Business within the US 421 Overlay Zone. Filed by Don

3. Docket No. 11020011 ADLS Amend: Huntington Bank (Range Line) Signage
The applicant seeks approval to change out two wall signs, a directory sign, and an ATM surround to be
