THE DOCUMENTS ARE INTENDED TO INDICATE THE GENERAL SCOPE OF
THE PROJECT IN TERMS OF DESIGN CONCEPT, DIMENSIONS, AND MAJOR
ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS. THESE DOCUMENTS DO NOT NECESSARILY
DESCRIBE OR INDICATE ALL WORK REQUIRED FOR FULL PERFORMANCE
AND COMPLETION OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT. ON THE
BASIS OF THE GENERAL SCOPE INDICATED OR DESCRIBED, EACH TRADE
CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH AND INSTALL ALL ITEMS REQUIRED FOR THE
PROPER EXECUTION AND COMPLETION OF THIS WORK.
1.0 THE DRAWINGS AND SPECS. ARE
AN INSTRUMENT OF SERVICE
AND ARE THE SOLE PROPERTY
OF THE ARCHITECT. ANY RE -USE
OR DUPLICATION OF THESE
DOCUMENTS IS PROHIBITED
